Solution

A connected intake flow that reacts the moment a lead submits a form.

The automation creates or updates the CRM contact, alerts the team, logs the lead in a sheet, and sends a personalized first response.

Technical Approach

Form trigger, CRM routing, notification logic, and email dispatch.

Webhook or form data is normalized, checked for duplicates, mapped into CRM fields, then passed into Gmail and Telegram or WhatsApp alerts through n8n.

Outcomes
